Gold has confirmed the club’s salary cap on Twitter, with several players set to leave the club at the end of the season.
Meanwhile, Paul Von, Jeremy Marshall-King and Jack Heatherington have signed contracts elsewhere.
In a stunning response to Gold Tweed, former sharks, reeds and roosters half-back Todd Carney presented himself as a signature.
