Dale Finucane tackle, Stephen Crichton, Cronulla Sharks vs Penrith Panthers, Round 19

Sharks boss Dale Finucane escaped an off-field penalty for a controversial tackle on Panthers star Stephen Crichton during the 20-10 win over the Sharks at Penrith.

“This is a limited time.”

Michael Ennis initially thought Finucane had collected Crichton by the point of the shoulder, even though he had his hands wrapped around the crease.

“Shoulder to head,” Ennis said.
