Era Interest reported the Australian opener could sign for the Western Sydney club on Saturday.
Warner’s deal is reported to be at least $340,000, the same amount offered to top overseas players in the tournament’s inaugural draft.

The left-hander – who is in talks to play in his first ILT20 in the UAE – will replace Usman Khawaja, who has moved to Brisbane Heat.
After South Africa’s ODI series exit against Australia in January, the door opened for Warner to return to the BBL.
according to EraWarner was one of several Australian contract players who were offered up to $650,000 to play in the UAE launch.
In Warner’s case, however, that result was averted – a huge boost for the Big Bash.
Warner will be available for five BBL matches after Australia complete a three-Test tour against South Africa in Sydney in early January.
