Wests Tigers recruitment, Tyrone Peachey, free to negotiate with rivals, contracts, retention, Michael Maguire

The club have criticized the West Tigers’ recruitment after agreeing to sign ሮን 750,000 deal with rivals Tyron Peche for six months on a two-year deal.

Pitch played under Peking and played just eight games for the Tigers, and the club are trying to bring him down in the first half of the season in Concord.

Paul Kent believes Peche U-Turn is another example of poor recruitment and retention of tigers.

Kent said on NRL 360:

“This is a man who has not completed his first contract with the West Tigers for more than a year.

“They paid him well. Basically, they were bidding to sign him.

“It’s time to go out and look around,” he said.

Bright Anastasia adds: “He was made one of their bosses.

“And, like Nu, he is included in the leadership team,” Kent said.

However, Phil Rotfield argued that it was Michael Maguer who was responsible for Peche’s signing, not the current administration, but Kent and James Hooper.

“Kenty, the old coach has signed him,” said Rotfield.

“You can’t blame Tim Shins. You can’t blame Brett Kimorlin. ”

“You are responsible for Club Buzz,” Kent said.

“What about the administration?” Hooper intervened.

“What is the status of the people who run this club? . . So it has nothing to do with the administration that signed Tyron Pichin? ”

“I’ll give you this. The administration is struggling, but you can’t blame the administration for completing this signature,” he replied.

A few weeks ago, Kentuins admitted that Maguer was part of the Leopard Recruitment and Retention Committee.

“Buzz Michael Maguire was part of the retention committee,” Kent said.

“You were hired by a committee.

“The point is this is another example of bad recruitment tigers.

“They have a bad employment history.

“They don’t have a year as a club with this deal [decided to let him go]. ”

Hopper said the Tigers paid Peach $ 750,000 for two years and that the club should be held accountable for signing the contract.

“He has played eight games.

“The Leopard Administration has terminated the agreement. $ 300,000 this year and $ 350,000 next year.

“This is a buzz on them.”

But Rotfield believes the next coach will benefit when the Tigers decide to sack the overpriced and unprofessional players.

“Who is going to train them next? We do not know, ”said Rotfield.

What we do know is that the coach earns money from Luciano Leilu and Tyrone Peach.

“Wait, they have to transfer Pichin to a spouse. Who’s going to take him?” Hooper intervened.

“It may be a struggle, but I thank you for it,” said Rotfield.

“The problem is not presenting him, the problem is signing him first,” Kent said.

“Where is the real diligence?”

“Why don’t you ask the magician who signed all these players?” Rotfield replied.

He expressed his displeasure at the fact that Kent Pitch and other people who had agreed to sign the contract were in the club.

“It’s not just my idea,” Kent said.

“The so-called mag did not get everything he wanted to sign, but he did get one that he did not want to sign.

“This means there were other people and the club talked about it. There are other people involved in the recruitment and retention of players.

However, Rotfield believes he deserves credit for recruiting two stars for 2023, which should not surprise Kent and Hooper in light of their poor record in recent years.

“You have to give them a bundle of their recruitment,” said Rotfield.

“Api Korosaw is coming. They brought Isaiah Papali.

“Come on, my friend, even a broken watch is right twice a day,” Kent said.

“After seven years of unresolved disasters, they are the reason for the collapse,” Hupper said.
