The ARL Commission will decide whether Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium or Sydney’s Accor Stadium will host the 2022 NRL Grand Final at a Crunch Board meeting scheduled for 5pm on Wednesday.
The Daily Telegraph reports Queensland’s Suncorp Stadium is in the box seat to steal hosting rights for the 2022 Grand Final in V’landys’ battle with the NSW Government over funding for the suburbs.

However, a final decision will not be known until after the crucial board meeting, with both NSW and Queensland scrambling to secure hosting rights at the 11th hour.
News Corp reports that there is a “60-40 chance” the Queensland government will now seal a $10 million deal for Suncorp Stadium to host the NRL decider.
Vlands told The Daily Telegraph that a final decision on hosting rights for the 2022 Grand Final was on a “knife’s edge” after further negotiations on Tuesday.
“We’re making a final call on Wednesday,” Vlands said.
